If your Nauru Airlines flight is delayed or cancelled
What Nauru Airlines does depends on whether the disruption was due to events beyond its control.
- Within control
- If a Nauru Airlines flight is cancelled, misses your destination or stopover, or makes you miss a confirmed connection on your ticket for reasons not beyond its control, it carries you on its next service with space, or re-routes you on other carriers or other transport, or, if neither is available or suitable, refunds you.
- Beyond control
- For changes due to events beyond its control, Nauru Airlines uses reasonable endeavours to rebook you on its next available flight at no extra cost; if it cannot rebook you acceptably, it gives a refund or flight credit where the purpose of your trip is void, subject to the fare rules. It does not cover your costs unless conventions, tariffs or laws require it.
