Rebooking and refunds

If Jazeera cancels a flight, or fails to operate it reasonably according to schedule because of its fault, you can choose to be carried on its next available flight at no additional charge, take a credit for the fare usable within 1 year, or get a refund. Refunds are given within 7 working days for cash and 15 working days for credit after your request.

Where Regulation (EC) 261/2004 applies, passengers are offered assistance and may be entitled to compensation for cancellation, except where it is caused by extraordinary circumstances.

Counter times

Check-in desks open three hours before and close promptly 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time; missing the deadline can mean your reservation is cancelled without refund or credit.
