Israir's policy covers its own 3-digit flights only, not codeshares. Only around 50 trolleys fit in the overhead bins; once they are full, trolleys go in the hold, even paid ones.

Personal item

One small personal bag up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm is included in the ticket price and goes under the seat in front of you. No additional bags or carrier bags are allowed on board.

Cabin bag size

A trolley or large backpack is not included in the ticket price on international flights: up to 55 x 40 x 25 cm including wheels, handles and side pockets, for a fee.

Trolley or large backpack: maximum 10 kg.

Carry-on fee

International Israir flights (3-digit flight numbers), bought in advance online: trolley/large backpack $30 per direction ($40 at Ben Gurion; 35 euro or 30 GBP at stations abroad). Domestic flights: the trolley is free of charge.

New york

On flights to New York, cabin baggage is included: one piece in economy and premium, 2 in business.

Checked baggage is not included in the ticket price, except on flights to New York: economy 1 bag of up to 23 kg, premium 2 bags of up to 23 kg each, business 2 bags of up to 32 kg each.

Maximum size 65 x 45 x 30 cm and maximum 23 kg per bag.

International fees

International Israir flights, prepaid online or in My Israir up to 6 hours before take-off, per direction: first bag $65 ($100 at Ben Gurion; 85 euro or 75 GBP abroad); second bag $80 ($120 at Ben Gurion); third to fifth bags $120 each ($150 at Ben Gurion). Overweight from 24 to 30 kg (first bag only): $20 extra ($70 at Ben Gurion).

Domestic fees

Domestic flights, prepaid up to 4 hours before take-off: first bag up to 23 kg 20 ILS per direction; overweight from 24 to 32 kg adds 10 ILS per extra 1 kg.

Online check-in

Digital check-in, in the Personal Zone on the Israir website, is only available for flights departing from Tel Aviv: international flights between 72 and 8 hours before departure; domestic flights between 72 and 4 hours before departure.

Eligibility

Available only on Israir's own (3-digit) flights to Eilat and selected destinations abroad, for bookings made on the Israir website or through travel agents/wholesalers via LDS distribution systems.
